Bathroom renovations

A worn shower, awkward storage or a bathroom that needs a complete update. We work through the room and the existing conditions before defining what will be replaced.

Bathroom with a tiled shower, glass screen and wood vanity

Scope

Make the bathroom work better.

  • Shower and tub-area renovation within the agreed scope
  • Tile, flooring and wall preparation
  • Vanity installation, trim, drywall and painting
  • Layout and building-system changes reviewed with the required trades

We confirm the included work, exclusions, supply arrangements and proposed schedule in writing.

The surface is only part of the job.

A new tile finish depends on the condition underneath it. Moisture, uneven substrates or concealed damage may only become clear after removal. The quote should explain the known work and how newly discovered conditions will be handled.

What affects the price?

  • Existing tile, substrate and signs of moisture damage
  • Fixture sizes, finishes and material selections
  • Waterproofing requirements and service locations
  • Whether this is the only bathroom available during work

A call or photos can start the estimate. Work that depends on measurements or concealed conditions may need a site visit.

Planning the work locally

In a condo, management may have requirements for water shutoffs, noise and protection of common areas. Confirm these for your building. In a house, tell us about any history of leaks before the first visit.

Questions about this work

Can you update a small bathroom?

Yes. Share the rough dimensions and what you want to change. Small rooms still need space for doors, fixtures and access during installation.

Can a bath be changed to a shower?

We can discuss it. Drain locations, dimensions, existing construction and any required approvals need to be reviewed before the scope is confirmed.

What if damage is found behind the tile?

We discuss the finding and the proposed change with you before extra work begins. Hidden conditions are not treated as a guaranteed part of a photo-based estimate.
