Kitchen renovations

More storage, a different layout or finishes that need replacing. Start with what is not working in your kitchen, and we can discuss the changes that belong in the same project.

Scope

A kitchen that fits your day.

  • Cabinet installation and interior carpentry
  • Countertops, backsplash and tile within the agreed scope
  • Flooring, drywall repairs and painting
  • Layout changes, with approvals and specialist work reviewed separately

We confirm the included work, exclusions, supply arrangements and proposed schedule in writing.

Decide what stays before choosing what goes.

Keeping an appliance location or an existing floor can affect the whole sequence. Tell us what you want to retain, what has already been ordered and who will supply each item. These details go into the written scope rather than being left as assumptions.

What affects the price?

  • Room dimensions and the amount of existing material to remove
  • Cabinet construction, counters and selected finishes
  • Whether plumbing or electrical locations change
  • Delivery access, protection and use of the home during work

A call or photos can start the estimate. Work that depends on measurements or concealed conditions may need a site visit.

Planning the work locally

For condos across the GTA, check rules for deliveries, elevator use and work hours with management. In Toronto, North York and other GTA communities, building and site access can affect the plan. In an occupied house, discuss how you will use the kitchen while the work is underway.

Questions about this work

Can I keep the current layout?

Yes. A kitchen update does not have to involve moving walls or services. We review the condition of what you want to keep and how the new work connects to it.

Can I supply my own cabinets or materials?

We can discuss owner-supplied items. Confirm dimensions, delivery dates, missing parts and installation requirements before the price and schedule are agreed.

Can you give me a fixed completion date now?

The schedule depends on the agreed scope, material availability and existing conditions. We discuss sequencing before committing to a start or finish date.
